Deb’s Journey

I was only on the East Coast for the retreat from Thursday night until Sunday afternoon. I was able to spend an evening with my niece and nephew. It just so happened it was the night that she would come home crying. She is 16 years old and thinks she is in love with the guy she has been dating for 3 months. I know she really believes she loves him as much as she knows about love now. I just which our kids would learn from us so they wouldn’t have their hearts broken so much. So I sat with her while she cried and talked about it, I just listened and asked God what to say. I know thats an easy quick weight loss, I can remember that much about a broken heart.
