I did something today I can’t believe……I decided to treat myself after work today with one of my favorite things at Bennigans, after being sick for 2 days and putting in a long day. I stopped there after work for a to go order, went in with just what I needed which was money and keys. Put my order in and ordered a water while I waited, then was tickled when my order came and the waitress gave me the check. I gave her my credit card, she brought the receipt back, I then realized I didn’t have my reading glasses. I couldn’t see but blurred writings on the receipt. I thought I can fake this but I couldn’t remember the price of the item I ordered and then there was the tip too. I had to swallow my somewhat pride and ask the waitress what the total was. It sucks getting older in that respect, while you are growing on the inside your outer man is wasting away….I know that scripture is somewhere in God’s Word.

Maybe that scripture should be on promotional mugs, cause it is true!
