My youngest son is loving his basketball season, his first I might add. He’s playing better in every game and more assists in the games, which I enjoy watching. So he is picking up the game quite nicely.

But my hubby doesn’t like basketball, never has……he is encouraging with him and goes to the games, but grumbles about it to me. The other night after a game my son told me that basketball now is his favorite sport!! This will be a blow to my hubby but he will just have to live with it. It’s strange, my hubby has always thought of basketball as a sissy sport. Clearly he has never played it and been in real games. It’s a really a rough sport…you have to be in shape and know what you are doing on the court or else you would need affordable health insurance cause you could easily sprang an ankle or worse. In any case, I’m loving it! It makes me want to coach again.
