Chicago Trip
Saturday I took the train up to Chicago to meet my hubby flying in from the east coast. Yes, it was a cold, frigid day, but we had alot of fun. I met a couple of his polish friends that he has been talking about for a while, I was beginning to think they were his imaginary friends. They were really nice and just alot of fun.
We met them at a Polish Restaurant, and I tried some new items for my taste buds to experience. Interesting…………
Oh yes, it did snow that day, we were walking through the streets of Chicago singing, “I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas.”
On the train rides to and from, I finish reading a book by David Jeremiah, What in the World is Going On, an informative book about the end times. I would suggest this book to anyone, I’m sure you could find it on Amazon books. The book explains alot and in some spots I had to read and reread, unlike my hubby who gets it the first time. It’s explains how prophecy is playing out in modern Europe, why Israel matters, how oil reserves and Islamic terrorism is related and how we should live in the end times.
The trip was very enjoyable despite the cold and just nice to be alone with my hubby for a few moment of time.
